WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BUY OR CANCEL

At zivanta, we prioritize transparency, trust, and sustainability.

Since most items sold on our platform are pre-owned, one-of-a-kind pieces, our return and cancellation policies are designed to protect both buyers and sellers while keeping things fair.

Returns
We currently do not accept returns for most items, as each listing is unique and often sourced by independent sellers. Please review all photos, descriptions, and measurements carefully before purchasing.

However, we will approve returns if you received the wrong item or if the item is significantly not as described — for example, if there is unreasonable damage, incorrect sizing, or missing components.

To request a return, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos and a description of the issue. Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days. If approved, the item must be returned in the same condition it was received. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, excluding shipping costs.

Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only before the item is marked as shipped. To cancel an order, use the "Request Cancellation" option on your order page or email us directly with your order number. Once an item has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale, as well as underwear, swimwear, personal-use items, and digital products, are not eligible for return or cancellation.
